Business Sweden takes over as host of the Swedish Pavilion at ReBuild Ukraine 2025.
For the third year in a row, Swedish companies and organizations will gather in Warsaw for ReBuild Ukraine – Construction & Energy, one of Europe’s central meeting points for Ukraine’s reconstruction. This year marks a new chapter as Business Sweden takes over the official hosting of the Swedish Pavilion.
Since Sweden’s debut at the conference in 2023, the country’s presence has played a key role in strengthening collaboration between Swedish stakeholders and Ukrainian partners from both the private and public sectors. The focus remains on practical, scalable solutions and cross-sector partnerships that can accelerate Ukraine’s recovery — with an emphasis on safety, sustainability, and innovation.
“Swedish companies bring world-class expertise in green technology, infrastructure, and digitalization. Together, we can contribute to rebuilding Ukraine in a way that is both forward-looking and resilient,” says Peter Davidson, Project Manager for the Swedish Pavilion.
The 2025 edition of ReBuild Ukraine will be held on November 13–14 in Warsaw, drawing thousands of international participants, including government representatives, investors, and leading industry innovators. Business Sweden is now inviting even more Swedish companies to take part in the joint pavilion, which serves as a collaborative platform for visibility, networking, and new business opportunities.
“Ukraine’s reconstruction is not only about rebuilding what was lost,” Davidson continues. “It’s about reimagining the country’s future – and Sweden has both the expertise and the responsibility to be part of that process.”
The Swedish Pavilion initiative was originally launched in 2023 by Ny Teknik and sustainability consultancy Forever Sustainable, who hosted the first three editions under the Business for Ukraine platform. Their collaboration has laid the foundation for a strong, ongoing Swedish presence at ReBuild Ukraine — now under the stewardship of Business Sweden, with continued support from Swedish industry partners.
