ABOUT REBUILD UKRAINE - SWEDISH PAVILION

ReBuild Ukraine – Construction & Energy in Warsaw, 13–14 November 2025, is the leading international exhibition and conference dedicated to Ukraine’s reconstruction. It brings together more than 6,000 participants from over 30 countries, including governments, international financial institutions, and private companies.

The Swedish Pavilion is Sweden’s national platform within ReBuild Ukraine. It gathers Swedish companies, authorities, and organizations to showcase expertise in construction, infrastructure, energy, industry, green tech, and smart cities. It also provides a meeting point with Ukrainian ministries, municipalities, and regional authorities to build partnerships and conclude business agreements.

The initiative was launched in November 2023 by Ny Teknik, Sweden’s leading technology and innovation media outlet, and Forever Sustainable, a Stockholm-based sustainability consultancy. The partnership led to Business for Ukraine, a network mobilizing private sector engagement for Ukraine’s recovery. Together they organized the first Swedish Pavilion at ReBuild Ukraine in Warsaw, which brought 47 Swedish companies to the fair and was attended by Sweden’s Minister for International Development Cooperation and Foreign Trade, Johan Forssell.

Two further Swedish Pavilions followed in 2024 – one focusing on Health & Rehabilitation in June, and another on Construction & Energy in November, with participation from senior Swedish officials including State Secretary Diana Janse.

The 2025 Pavilion will once again be organized in close cooperation with the Ministry for Foreign Affairs, Business Sweden, and the Swedish Energy Agency, alongside Business for Ukraine and other national organizations committed to supporting Ukraine’s recovery.

This year, 32 Swedish companies will have the opportunity to participate in the Pavilion, positioning themselves at the center of Europe’s largest reconstruction effort while showcasing Sweden’s innovation, quality, and long-term commitment to Ukraine’s future.
